1.3 spinpj reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. It is each player's responsibility to ensure their registered email address remains current and accessible.
2.1 Age Requirement. Real-money participation on spinpj is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine gaming law. spinpj employs age verification measures during and after the registration process. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, and all funds in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Jurisdictional Access. spinpj is operated for and primarily serves residents of the Philippines. Players are responsible for verifying that accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. spinpj makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from spinpj or any other PAGCOR-registered platform are not eligible to register or re-register on spinpj while such exclusion remains active.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) spinpj account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. spinpj reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently terminate duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. spinpj will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact spinpj support immediately.
3.4 Account Sharing. spinpj accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with another person, allowing another person to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
4.1 KYC Requirements. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, spinpj is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification may also be triggered at other times, including but not limited to large deposits, unusual account activity, or account updates.
4.2 Required Documents. Accepted identification documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
4.3 Verification Timeline. spinpj will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending KYC completion. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.
4.4 Right to Request Additional Information. spinpj reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
KYC requirements protect spinpj players as much as they protect the platform. Verified accounts are processed faster, have higher withdrawal limits, and have a documented audit trail in the event of any dispute. Completing your KYC early is always the better approach — it removes friction at the moment you actually need to access your winnings.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. spinpj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO online banking, BPI online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
5.2 Own Funds. All funds deposited into your spinpj account must originate from a payment method that is legally owned and operated by the registered account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting third-party deposits, is prohibited.
5.3 Deposit Processing. spinpj does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must be made through the payment methods available on the platform. Deposited funds will be credited to your spinpj account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
5.4 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and transactions on spinpj are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). spinpj does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies through the standard deposit interface.
5.5 Fees. spinpj does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which spinpj takes no responsibility. Players should consult their GCash, PayMaya, or banking provider for applicable fee schedules.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the spinpj account holder. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) carry a minimum withdrawal of ₱500. These amounts are subject to change.
6.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 banking hours. spinpj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
6.4 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the player's KYC verification is complete. spinpj reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
6.5 Pending Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met, as specified in Section 7.
6.6 Withholding. spinpj reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal payments pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other violations of these Terms. Where an investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, spinpj may withhold the relevant funds in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR directives.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by spinpj are subject to specific Terms applicable to each promotion. These specific Terms are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these general Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in expiration of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players as specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players only, and each bonus is available once per player, household, IP address, or shared device.

7.5 Modification of Promotions. spinpj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.
8.1 Game Certification. All games available on spinpj are powered by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from internationally licensed software providers. This certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by spinpj, the software provider, or any third party.
8.2 Published RTP. Return to Player (RTP) rates for games are established by the software provider and published within each game's paytable or information section. spinpj does not alter published RTP rates.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, spinpj reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to the player's account. Game results arising from system errors or malfunctions are not binding on spinpj.
8.4 Exploits and Glitches. Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through known exploits will be voided, and the relevant account may be suspended.
8.5 Automated Play. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to participate in spinpj games or circumvent platform security is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

10.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately.
10.3 Session Time Limits. Players may configure session time reminders within their account settings to receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting spinpj support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the spinpj platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11.3 The spinpj name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of spinpj. Unauthorized use of spinpj trademarks for commercial purposes is prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1 Service Availability. spinpj strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond spinpj's control. spinpj shall not be liable for losses resulting from unavailability of the platform.
12.2 Gambling Losses. spinpj shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gambling activity on the platform. Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and engage in gambling activity on spinpj voluntarily and at their own risk.
12.3 Third-Party Services. spinpj integrates with third-party payment providers and software developers. spinpj is not liable for service failures, errors, or losses attributable to third-party service providers.
12.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinpj's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the spinpj platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 spinpj operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. In the event of a dispute between a player and spinpj that cannot be resolved through spinpj's internal dispute resolution process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism.
13.3 Internal Dispute Process. Players must first submit any dispute to spinpj's customer support team via live chat. spinpj will acknowledge the dispute within 5 business days and provide a resolution decision within 20 business days of receiving all relevant information. Disputes not escalated within 30 days of the relevant event will not be considered.
13.4 Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.1 spinpj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, spinpj will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address on file, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication.
